To my valued clients
Laura Diaz Skincare+ is committed to providing the most exceptional quality service available in the industry. Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments and for cancellation. All policies are designed to benefit my clients and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clients.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services they need. If the required notice for adjustments and cancellation is not received the following fees will apply.
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no fee.
Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in 100% fee of your scheduled service.
A “No show” for your appointment will result in 100% fee of your scheduled service.
